Privacy Policy — Samay Mudra

Samay Mudra (“the app”) is developed by Samay Invotech (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: the app keeps everything on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Information we collect

None that leaves your device. Samay Mudra does not require an account, and it does not send your data to us or to any third party. The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

The following is stored locally on your device only, so the app can work:

• Your practice profiles, mudra sequences, and per-mudra durations.
• Photos you capture or select of your mudra sheet, and the cropped mudra images the app generates from them.
• Your settings (theme, tones, durations, and similar preferences).
• Your practice history and statistics.

This information stays in the app’s private storage on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Device permissions and why they are used

• Camera — to photograph your mudra sheet for scanning. Images are processed on your device.
• Photos / storage — to let you pick an existing photo of your mudra sheet, and to save the cropped mudra images the app creates.
• Notifications — to show the practice timer on your lock screen and keep it updated while it runs.
• Vibration — for optional haptic feedback at interval changes.

On-device processing

Detecting and cropping mudras from your photo (including any text/number recognition) happens entirely on your device. Your photos are not sent to a server for processing.

Sharing your data

The app never shares your data automatically. If you choose to export your practice history (CSV), you decide where it goes using your device’s own share options — that action is initiated and controlled entirely by you.

Children’s privacy

Samay Mudra is a general-audience wellness app and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version at the same URL.
